When applying textures to a model in virtual software, I see the original 3D image unfold like origami. One afternoon, under the sun, I continued to observe the light falling on the house. As the sun moved, the shapes and shadows of the light changed, just as a texture file moved along the surface of the earth, preserving that layer of skin. Drawing on my experience as an animator, I've experienced the rendering process after completing a 3D model, observing the edited object through lighting, texturing, and finally calculation. This computational process has influenced my way of seeing. The experience of virtual construction makes me look at things as if through anatomical glasses, as if deconstructing the surface to gradually reveal the truth. In an age of virtual images where truth and falsehood are difficult to distinguish, I use this kind of viewing to respond to the possibilities of surface shaping. What else can we see before us?
