Cosmos - Felidae

"Cosmos" is a series of artworks that represent ecosystems such as oceans and forests as if they were planets. Each work has its own unique theme, expressing the workings of diverse environments that exist on Earth. In this series, I present a perspective that imagines "the Earth as experienced by other forms of life" —something we rarely consider in our daily lives—while making use of the delicate gradations and expansive color spreads of watercolor paint. This is an attempt to depict a world that cannot be fully captured from the perspective of humans living in cities alone.
