Convergence: 53.5˚ Arc x 14

French artist Bernar Venet’s Convergence series (2024-) shows an elegant tangle of corten steel arcs that appear in a dynamic, balanced dialogue. The initiation of the series was celebrated by two 38-meter installations last year: one acquired by the French government for the Olympic Park in Paris, and the other was featured in his first major Chinese museum retrospective at Beijing’s Phoenix Art Center, organized in collaboration with CAFA.
