Depiction:
This work draws from the artist's life experience.
When I jog, I always enjoy the scenery along the way: my eyes observe the plants along the roadside, my nose inhales the air, and my mind begins to wander. While running, I enter a unique state of both relaxation and focus.
In this imaginary moment, I imagine myself joining a jogging group, led not by a human but by a carp. I chose carp because their patterns are vibrant and fluid, seemingly shimmering in front of me with each step. Their leisurely yet steady rhythm is particularly well-suited to leading a run, adding a poetic quality to the entire experience.
