BAE Soo-Young
Born in South Korea and based in Osaka for nearly two decades, BAE holds a doctorate from Osaka University of Arts. She uses discarded circuit boards and electronic components to transform cold technology into warm, humanistic artworks. To her, circuit patterns resemble veins — full of life. Through her work, she reflects on the intersection of technological civilization and human emotion.
