A long-time collaborator with Apollo Art Gallery since the early 1990s, Hilo Chen is renowned for his masterful photorealism, depicting women in bikinis on American beaches with camera-like precision. His meticulous rendering of skin, water, and light captures the sensuality of the moment with emotional restraint and visual sharpness. His works explore the delicate balance between beauty and emotion, making the heat and atmosphere of his scenes almost tangible. This exhibition features his iconic Beach Women and Floral series.
