Born in 1989 in Malacca, Malaysia, the artist graduated from the Graduate Institute of Fine Arts at Tunghai University, specializing in gouache painting. Over recent years, they have received numerous accolades, including the First Prize of the Hui-Lan Art Award, the Deutsche Bank Young Artist Award, an Honorable Mention in the South Yan Award (Two-Dimensional Category), the Bronze Prize in the Yilan Art Award, and recognition in the Stock Trust Art Prize. They were also selected to participate in the Pier-2 Art Center Artist Residency Program and the Chishang Art Residency Program by the Taiwan Good Foundation.
Their works have been exhibited at Hualien Art Museum, Tsukuba Art Museum (Japan), Neptune Gallery (Taipei), King Car Art Center, Eslite Gallery, MIACC Gallery (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), and San Gallery (Tainan). Their creations are part of the permanent collections at Chishang Barn Art Museum and Hualien Art Museum.
The artist's work centers around collecting fragments from daily life and reassembling them into reconstructed landscapes. Through this process, they explore the local geography and environment while reflecting on their own position and state within these contexts.
