Born in 1992, Chang Hua is currently a doctoral student in the Creative Theory program at the Department of Fine Arts, National Taiwan Normal University. He earned his bachelor's degree from the Department of Fine Arts at Taipei National University of the Arts and is the second Taiwanese artist to obtain a master’s degree from the Prince’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts in the United Kingdom.
In 2019, his works were acquired by HRH Prince Charles and included in the collections of Dumfries House and the Prince’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts (PFSTA). That same year, he collaborated with the British Museum on geometric wooden lattice designs for the Islamic Gallery. In 2023, his "Floating Landscapes Series" was selected for the Kaohsiung Award.
