Gallery Seek, based in Caretta Shiodome B1F in Tokyo, is a contemporary art gallery presenting a diverse range of expressions where tradition and modern sensibilities intersect.
Centering on solo exhibitions by emerging artists, the gallery actively participates in international art fairs to introduce works that bridge time, culture, and form.
Gallery Seek also organizes the artist support program “ARTIST NEW GATE,” which attracts over 300 applicants each year.
From this competition, one or two artists are selected annually, and the gallery continues to support their long-term artistic growth by providing ongoing exhibition opportunities and international exposure.
Many of the artists represented by Gallery Seek draw inspiration from traditional techniques, materials, and styles, integrating their own perspectives and sensibilities to create highly original works.
They traverse the boundary between past and present, reconstructing cultural contexts and aesthetics in new forms.
More than a place for exhibitions, Gallery Seek aims to be a platform where artists, collectors, galleries, and corporations intersect,
giving rise to new ideas, collaborations, and forms of expression.
