Unprecedented droughts brought on by extreme climate made it seem as if even the sky had closed its eyes. Yet, in this moment of despair, Chongxiao refused to wait. He looked up at the empty sky, and a bold idea emerged in his heart: If the sky won’t give us rain, then I’ll make a cloud myself!

The pouting boy sat atop his cloud-making machine, smiling as he gazed at the cloud he had created.
