Jian Lin

Jian LIN was born in Fuding, Fujian in 1973. He began painting at the age of four. His paintings are full of emotional power. Since 2001, he has gone to the Yellow River Basin to sketch every year. He waded through the river alone on ice and snow, experienced the source of the Yellow River at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters, and went deep into the cave dwellings in northern Shaanxi to experience the poor and simple life. He not only painted the surging momentum of the Yellow River, but also painted his open-minded mind and humanistic feelings.
