    Blue Glaze:

Blue glaze includes various shades such as misty blue, splashed blue, sky blue, emerald blue, sapphire blue, matte blue, and sacrificial blue. The earliest low-temperature blue glaze appeared in Tang Sancai (Tang tri-colored pottery). By the Yuan Dynasty, high-temperature blue-glazed porcelain was successfully developed.

During the Ming Dynasty, Xuande period, the primary blue glazes included sapphire blue and sacrificial blue, both of which were highly valued for their deep and vibrant hues.

The Ru kiln of the Northern Song Dynasty can be said to be the top porcelain that literati and refined scholars have been longing for all their lives. Weng Shijie has devoted himself to the research and creation of monochrome glazes. He has won many awards in major ceramic art awards. In recent years, he has produced a variety of monochrome glaze works that have surpassed the level of museums in terms of shape, color and quality. The works presented in this exhibition are believed to become a masterpiece for professional artists. Collectors scramble to covet the target of collection.
