Artist’s Statement:

In Xie Huimin’s artistic creations, a large amount of abstract symbols are often used, as in the realm of art, consciousness doesn’t need to have many thoughts. Spirituality should be the master, and one should use an open heart to integrate the possible relationships between colors.

During the creative process, Xie Huimin joyfully absorbs the abundant energy of the universe, with boundless creativity beyond any predefined framework. Beautiful imprints in life are transformed into creative inspiration through the internalization of the soul. This is a relaxed, wonderful experience where symbols and words present a unique realization of the heart. Without setting any expectations for herself, she freely lets the flow of energy pour onto paper and pen, or uses any materials for creation.
