Dao-Ming CHUANG

Dao Ming Chuang, born in Taipei in 1989. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at the National Taipei University of the Arts in 2012 and currently lives and works in Taipei. Focusing primary on painting, his work explores the boundaries of visual language through diverse mediums such as acrylic paint, spray paint, and paper tape, utilizing techniques like editing, collage, and symbolization. Chuang's art reflects his evolving reflections on life’s meaning and his pursuit of inner faith. He has received numerous awards, including the 2019 Kaohsiung Award, the 2022 Zhongshan Youth Award, the 2024 Luminous Award, and recognition at the 2024 National Fine Arts Exhibition. His works have also been collected by the Art Bank and other institutions.
